“A Net Contributor is a person or organisation that contributes more than they consume”

- George Liacos

So what’s the problem?

We consume more than we contribute.

We unknowingly choose not to solve our Environmental and Social problems for a number of reasons.

I believe that reversing this culture is wickedly simple and that we have the means to change our world in our very hands. Today.

I want to see your wants, your financial and your lifestyle dreams met (“consume”). BUT I also want you to give back (“contribute”) (at least a little) more than you consume.

In this simple but powerful re-frame, I am putting all of the choices back into your hands.

Consume.

You can have it all.

I believe you have the right to pursue your financial and lifestyle dreams.

I am not making you feel bad about your dreams and aspirations or guilting you into straying from these dreams and lifestyle choices.

I’m not shaming you for wanting a secure home for your family or tuition fees for your kids or having that nest egg for rainy days or when you retire.

Contribute.

The key is to Contribute more than you Consume.

I believe you have the right to pursue your financial and lifestyle dreams.

I also believe in doing so you have a duty to contribute to our common purpose and planet.

‘Net Contributor’ By George Liacos

My Book unpacks why we consume and delves into the chemical and psychological drivers that feed our consumption.

It also unpacks the science behind contribution and what it does to our brain chemistry and psychology. In order to change, we need to get real with the things that stand in our way, so in this book I share the obstacles I have faced and how they’re stopping others too.

Things like fear, disconnection and safety all of which drive us to a lower common level.

We speak with changemakers big and small to try to unpack what makes them tick and we share their motives and lessons and distil the things we can do in our everyday life.

In moving to the ‘How’, I have distilled three Principals that can be applied to everyone’s life to make ‘Contribution’ real, touchable and doable…

Join our Net Contributor Movement to learn more about these three Principals and more!
